Work-at-Home CSI Agents must have a reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 5 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload. Additional technical requirements will be shared by a recruiter during the interview process.
CSI operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Scheduling options vary based on business needs and will be discussed with a recruiter during the interview process.
